Coarse-particle Canadian Biochar (2–6 mm) designed for clay soils, gardens, raised beds and landscaping.

The larger particle size helps create pore space within compact or heavier soils, supporting improved aeration and drainage while still helping retain water and nutrients in the root zone. Made in British Columbia from Canadian forest residues.

10–20 m² / 100–200 ft² of soil or garden area.

Charge Before Use

For best results, charge Biochar with nutrients before adding it to your soil.

With Compost or Manure:
Mix 1 part Biochar with 9 parts compost or manure by volume. Keep the mixture moist and let it rest for approximately 2 weeks before application.

With Liquid Fertilizer or Compost Tea:
Mix 1 part Biochar with 1 part liquid fertilizer or compost tea by volume. Let it soak for up to 2 days, mixing occasionally as the Biochar absorbs the liquid.
